I believe there is more than one model printer in the 3600 series, can you tell us the specific model you have?
Also, please tell us what operating system version and build you're using your printer with.

I am having a similar problem. When I select photo or document, I get that error message. All other selections work fine. I am using a MX 922 with a win 10 OS. This just started happening. I reloaded the utility / drivers. At a loss currently.

Me too. I also tried moving it to a separate hard drive. (TR4500 series)
