This is for a MG 3620 printer. All other manual, etc. have downloaded and working

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG3620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it for you.
