PIXMA MG3620 - Won't Connect to App

I keep running into an issue when it comes to trying to add my printer onto the canon printer app. It lets me go as far as joining my printer, communicating with the printer, and while communicating, the warning symbol comes on and it’s no longer able to find the printer. I’ve just recently changed my WiFi password and since then, I haven’t been able to use it can someone help me with the steps for completing this please!!

Are you trying to connect the printer to a cellphone printing app or a computer (Windows  PC or Mac) printer driver?

I was trying through the app but now trying through the computer but not sure how to…I’m going back through the first steps when I first purchased my printer which was through the IJ software but as I’m going through the steps again, the warning sign comes on and it’s not able to detect my printer

This is as far as I’m getting and then the warning sign pops up in the process…
