My PIXMA MG 3620 printer is suddenly not connected to WiFi and when I try to connect it on my iMac, it's not on the list of printers in System Settings. When I try to start over and set up the printer via the Setup download, I'm asked for my password. I've tried all the passwords I can think of that I had associated with Canon, as well as with Apple. Every time I try to install something now, I'm asked for a password, but there's no indication of WHICH password! (I seem to have four just for Apple.) Can anyone help? Thanks.

You can try the serial number of the printer
Start the wireless connection mode of the printer, refer to the link below
