PIXMA G7020 Unable to Install Software

I have a PIxma G7020 that I purchased for Work. I am using it wirelessly with my work laptop as I am not allowed to download software. Everyday, it disconnects from the wifi and I have to reconnect. I also have to uninstall the printer and then reinstall the printer every day, and then I can only print to it about 50% of the time. I never had an issue with my HP. If I do not get a resolution, Best Buy will be getting this back.

I ended up solving my problem on my personal PC by uninstalling and reinstalling my corrupted chrome browser. Maybe there are restrictions on your browser related to work.

Never had an issue with HP printer. NOT A SINGLE TIME for 3 years, until the printer died. I should have taken the bad reviews to heart.
