PIXMA G7020 How to change paper size on iOS devices

All of a sudden all my documents can only be printed in 3.5x5" from all my mobile devices. How do I change it back to 8.5x11''? It works fine from my laptop. The printer dialog boxes on each of my mobile devices does not give me the ability to pick any other size. it used to work....

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your mobile device (i.e. Android or iOS, and which version thereof) and which Canon printer model you're using. My mobile devices are all IOS VERSION 17.4 (the latest update). Nothing prints correctly from these. My laptop is Windows 10 and it prints well from there. The printer is a Canon G-7020. I spent an hour with customer support chat yesterday….no help at all.
