Greetings,

What happens when you try to print an excel document?  Error message, something else?  The printer supports paper up to 8.5 x 14.  Are you printing in landscape, and if so on what size paper?  Are you reducing the image, is the printable area set correctly in Excel?  We need more information.

I’ve run into something similar before! My Mac wouldn’t print Excel files to my HP printer, even though Word worked fine. It turned out to be a driver issue. Here’s what worked for me:

Update Printer Drivers: Check Canon’s website for the latest macOS drivers. Sometimes the built-in ones aren’t enough for specific file types like Excel.
Change the Print Format: I saved my Excel file as a PDF (File > Save As > PDF) and printed that instead. It’s a quick workaround while troubleshooting.

Test Different Settings: Open Excel, go to File > Print, and check if any specific settings (like paper size or layout) are causing issues.

By the way, if you ever need spreadsheet ideas, 141 Free Excel Templates and Spreadsheets from MyExcelOnline is a lifesaver. Their templates are so handy, ad I’ve used them for everything from budgets to schedules!
