New Pixma setting up. Connects to iPhone and PC wired(usb) but will not connect to WiFi. Tried several times with 2 laptops and MacBook. Ran master setup and pressed the connect button on the printer. It never connects. Repeatedly tried. Also tried connecting via WiFi using windows. I’m missing something that should be very easy. What is it?

My apologies. Pixma G3270. WiFi is Spectrum. MacBook can see the printer’s web page (at ip address) so I presume it’s on the WiFi network. Just cannot connect to it for printing.
