Can you please double check your printer model, we don't see a G3000 in our list, but it could be a series instead of the exact model. You should see the model on the top or front of your printer.
We need to know exactly which operating system is running on your mobile device (i.e. Android or iOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
