On the Canon app on the phone is it possible to add the printer by adding the printer IP address?

I have just bought a Maxify GX7150 and the printer is on a separate VLAN from my phone.
For this reason I ask if it is possible on the phone Canon App to add the printer by manually entering the IP address of the printer. If yes, how?

I previously owned an Epson Ecotank and on the Epson phone app there was the option to manually add the printer's IP address as you can see from the following phone screenshot:

Thank you

Greetings,

The Canon Print App is essentially  the same.

Open the app, select add/switch (bottom), then +Register Printer, then select "if printer cannot be found".  Now you will see is your printer a "image class, image Runner, image press, iSensys... Etc.  Press yes.

On the next screen press the "manual search" button.  You will then be presented with the following dialog.

Greetings,

If you look under the " Connectivity" heading, then mobile apps, you'll see the Canon print app is supported.

The printer and the mobile device have to be connected to the same network.  It doesn't matter how the devices connect, as long as the VLANS can see and talk to one another.

The solution I provided is the only method for adding a device by its IP address or FQDN domain name.  Hopefully that clarifies things.

Thank you very much for the great answer and it works. But I don't understand why I should press "Yes" at the question "Is your printed listed below?". Since I don't believe that the Maxify GX7150 belongs to any of those printer listed (see screenshot). So, I ended up pressing "No" and in the search methods there isn't "Manual Search". It appears only if I press "Yes"..
