My cannon mg7120 shows it is connected to my router but my ipad and iphone can't locate the printer

My Canon mg7120 printer  shows it is connected to the router and in the past was able to print from mobile devices iphone and ipad.  Now all devices my devices now all show no airprint printers found  any ideas?

Hi mbrock45,

You will want to ensure that the Bonjour setting of the printer is enabled to try and resolve the issue.  To do this, please follow these steps:

1.  Use your finger to move to the SETUP option on the printer screen, then tap it.

2.  Select DEVICE SETTINGS.

3.  Select LAN SETTINGS.

4.  Select OTHER SETTINGS.

5.  Select BONJOUR SETTINGS.

6.  Select ENABLE/DISABLE BONJOUR, the select ENABLE.  A prompt will appear letting you know that the setting has been enabled.

7.  Press the HOME button.

Please attempt to print from  your AirPrint devices again.  If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
