I set up my printer, but when I try to add it to my iMac, it doesn't show up. Has anyone else had this problem?
Using MacOS Ventura 13.6.4

Thanks for your hep. I am using Ventura 13.6.4 and the printer is connected to Wi-Fi wirelessly.

Also - there are no error messages. I reset all the settings and went through the setup process again and connected the printer to Wi-Fi wirelessly. But when I try to add a printer to my Mac, it doesn't show up.

Hi,
To begin troubleshooting, we can check to see if other devices can detect the printer.
If you have a smart phone that is one the same network the printer is connected to, please download our free Canon print app and have it search for printers. Is it able to detect the printer?

I opened the app and it shows Canon TR8600 series offline. I checked the printer and it is on the same WiFi as my phone.
