MG6620 Printer WiFi Connection

I recently got a new internet provider and my printer is not connecting. I tried disabling the wifi, resetting it but I can not get it to bring up the password screen so I can enter it. It's like it's still trying to connect to the old one. Any help is appreciated. I have a MG6620 printer.

Hello AdeV.

 

In case you have trouble with the interactive guide, the Standard Setup guide may be found at the following link:

 

https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART116357

 

If the Standard Setup fails before you can enter a password, then the router is denying that opportunity.  In that case, use the WPS PIN Code setup method (refer to your router's support for directions on its side of the process).
