My MG3500 is connected to wifi, but somehow not detected from my computer at all. I printed the Network Configuration Page and it says it ahs active connection, 70% signal strength, inactive WEP key, and blank IPv4 & IPv6. Default gateway, IPv4 address, subnet mask, etc is all blank. WSD enabled, LPR enabled, Bonjour enable, DNS server manual with primary server and secondary server listed as blank.
My router is Huawei EG8145V5. I have reserved IP address for the printer's MAC on the router and I have tried not reserving the IP address either. I check using an IP scanner that this printer is not detected. I have tried setting it up using USB but it always fails during the wifi connection. It is able to be detected using USB.
Please help on how I could address this issue. Thank you!
