Hi,
I have a PIXIMA MG2920 that can no longer connect to the router. Both power and alarm LEDs are flashing for around 21 times. I tried to diagnose the error through the diagnosis utility while connecting the printer through a USB cable but it wasn't detected. Please, advise.
Regards,
Drakool

I've also disabled DHCP IP V6 support

Hi drakool,
If the power and alarm lights are alternating 21 times, that indicates an internal error. Resetting the unit often resolves the issue.
If the paper output tray is closed, open it.
Turn the printer off.
When the printer is completely off (no lights, screen is blank) unplug the unit.
Press the power button 4-5 times.
Leave the printer off for at least 5 minutes.
Plug the printer in and turn it on.
If the error persists, your printer may require service. Please contact us with the results if we need to provide you with detailed service options.
