Hi patel27,

The printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.

Please confirm your network meets these requirements. You have a dedicated 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses this encryption standard, and that you can see it broadcasting on another device.  <<<<

The wireless network interface in your printer is not user replaceable.

Yes, i used 2.4GHz still same , nothing coming up in wireless network search, keep searching, no result available network listing.

plus Canon support says may you to replave Wireless WiFi card.

can you suggest how to access existing Wireless WiFi card!

No. Nobody on here can tell you how to "replace the WiFi card," because no employee at Canon USA would have told you to change any component in your printer.

Call Canon support for help. Our number is 1-800-652-2666.

Yes, They did not told me how to replace but they gave me Network replacement card NCU port FM1X947-000 for $68.46

I need to know where in card located in this printer, need Assembly drawing with part numbers, Is there anyway can you provide link to see MF452DW printer drawing with part list! It will be a great help.

I checked on line and u-tube nothing available.

No one in Canon support is trained on replacement of these parts. Although you think you were talking to Canon, you were probably talking to some third party trying to scam you. We never advise customers to try to do their own repairs like this. Normal troubleshooting for this issue would be; restarting your Wi-Fi router, computer and printer and retesting. If unsuccessful, moving the printer closer to your Wi-Fi router could help. If still not resolved, uninstalling and re-installing the printer drivers would be the next troubleshooting step.

If whoever you spoke to didn't mention any of these things, you were not speaking with anyone from Canon.
