I have been using a Pixma MG3600. Installed on PC and printing wirelessly from this and a laptop. All of a sudden, there is no link from PC to printer. Would not print, would not scan - laptop printed fine. Tried every tip/trick from online and nothing. Finally, and stupidly, I was advised to remove printer in Settings with the intention of adding printer back. I did this and of course, the printer was not in the list to add back. I have an MG3600 series Printer (Copy 1) still listed, which I assume(?) is for cable connection, but the MG3600 series Printer WS that I deleted is not longer there. How do I get this Printer option back so I can figure out the wireless problem, please?

Thanks for joining the conversation, hotspur1882!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3600 series. The model number should be on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
