HI folks. The airprint started acting weird on this thing a few days ago. I did a factory reset of the entire unit in hopes that it would fix the issue but it has not. I have logged into the RemoteUI and deselected/reselected Airprint a few times as well as did power unplug and replug a few times and it will not show up as a printer on any of my iOS devices of which i have 3-4 that used this printer before without issue. Can't figure out how to get it working. Need some help. Thanks.

The issue could be the network, iphone or iPad. Please try connecting to another iOS device is possilbe. Please try power cycling your router also. If the issue continues, please try setting up Direct Connection on the MF414dw operation panel. If not still not detecting the printer, I recommend contacting technical support at 1-800-828-4040, Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm ET, excluding holidays.
