MF Scan Utility missing shrink/resize feature

The MF Scan Utility has no ability to shrink or resize.  Been that way since day 1.

 Has no - or box to shrink.  Only thing in top right hand corner is the X to kiil the APP.

Should be able to shrink or resize at will.

Anyone else experience this?

Is the MF Scan Utility the only way to start a scan session?

How do you contact support to suggest a software update to the MF Scan Utility?

Everything else is fine with my MF465DW printer.

Can't believe Canon created a scan utility without the ability to scan or shrink.

Thoughts please.

MF Scan Utility - This is expected, it's not an oversight.  

Did you install ScanGear?  

This is what you would use to select a custom output size.

Scangear was installed during the entire install process.

However, I have no Icon for SCANGEAR.

I hav e an icon for the MF Scan Utility which when opened,I click on SCAN and then

SCANGEAR opens up.

Seems a little backwards to me.

Also, most screens from apps on windows always have the buttons on the top right side

of the pop up.

I have the screen you are showing, but it is not resizeable.  

Because of poor vision I have increased the text size on my monitor.  I do have the Scan Gear button

on that screen, but that screen should be made sizeable and shrinkable.
