While we're unable to speak for the PIXMA MG3500 series as a whole, the US-model PIXMA MG3520 and the PIXMA MG3522 are older models which we retired in 2020. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct hardware or software support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
