We have a large format printer, the imageprograf iPF770, and it was working well until we installed Fortigate for our network. Ever since then, the printer is not printing. We already uninstalled and re-installed the drivers. Light is green on the back of the network. Still the printer will go in error state, when we print.
The driver we re-installed was iPF770Series imagePROGRAF Printer Driver Version 4.91 for Windows x64.
Could you please assist?

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
