I have an Image CLASS MF644Cdw printer that I use with my MacBook Pro. Today my computer updated to the latest O/s (Sequoia Version 15.1) and I seem to have an issue with the printer "waking up" and still being connected via wifi - but using the IP address I do seem to be able to print - BUT - I no longer seem to have a scanner?
I reloaded the driver that's currently offered for d/l and something is still wrong!
I can print but I think it's being used as a "basic printer" with no access to the scanner!
Canon Community can you help?
Canon company - do you need to update your drivers to keep up with Mac O/s???

Greetings,
Occasionally when you allow your computer to upgrade its OS, some peripherals require new drivers or have to be reinstalled. I usually perform a clean install when this occurs. A clean install involves disconnecting and removing the device. Uninstalling the drivers and restarting the system. Then, reinstalling the updated drivers intended for the OS you want to use the device with. Installing these on top of drivers that aren't working, may or may not work.
The support portal for your printer has updated drivers that support Sequoia OS. These were available on 10/15.
