I have been on hold for over an hour without speaking to a single person. Does anyone know if the support number is even still active or am I in some ghost loop? Is there a time to call where I might get a live person?

So that the Community can provide you with the best solution, we'll need a bit more information:
- What Canon product do you have?
- What phone number are you calling for technical support?
- What is the issue you're having?
Monday is the busiest day of the week for phone support, especially for printers. If you've been on hold for an hour, you're likely very near to the top of the queue. As of 3:50pm our laser team has about an hour wait.

Unfortunately after an hour and 15 minutes without an answer I had to leave the phone call so I have no resolution at this time. We have a Canon Imageclass 445dw. The touch screen was broken by a falling object and the printer and fax machine no longer operate. The printer is no longer under warranty. I was trying to see what our options might be. When I click on "find a service location" on the service and support webpage, I get an error message that says "Oops! Sorry, something went wrong and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please log out of your account and log back in and try again or call us @ 866-510-1335 to complete this transaction."
Logging out and logging back in does not fix the error. I will try to call support again early tomorrow and hopefully next time can get some information. Thank you for your time.
