I have a PIXMA iX6820 that works fine, but was out of service and disconnected for over a year. Now on a different computer, and can't get it to connect via WiFi. When I turn the printer on, the WiFi light is already on, and pressing it like I need to for the installation does nothing.
Anyone know how to fix this, the USB cable is OK, but I'd rather get Wireless back like it USED to work, so I can print from my phone. The Network is dual-band and works fine for everything else (access point is 2 feet from the printer)

Perhaps this can help.

Appreciate the try, but no changes since last time this printer was connected to the network, only the computer was changed, and everything else still works.
The docs don't say HOW to turn off the wifi on the printer once it's on, and even removing power still gives me the blue wifi light with restoral of power.
I think THAT is what I'm missing, a way to turn OFF wifi. Maybe the button is fubared.
