I just got my Ivy 2 and setting it up on my iPhone. I open the app to try to print a photo and the app crashes. Can’t do a single thing. Very disappointed.

Hi Derrick. Sorry I’m new. I don’t think I can mark my own solution. The ones you posted still gave me issue (like selecting “none” for photo access left me with not being able to change that without deleting the app and starting over). Someone did mark my comment as the solution. Is that ok?

We went ahead and marked this reply as the solution for you but now that you mention that you're still having problems, we unmarked it as such. If the instructions in that post did indeed solve your problem, please let us know and we can mark it again.

No I’m not having a problem with my solution. I was referring to Derrick’s help where it was mentioned to try changing permission to “NONE”. That did not work for me.

I would have thought none would keep your photo library from loading, the app from crashing, and allow you to change to select when you wanted to. Its odd that it locked out the app.

It does allow the app to load however when you go back into settings I can’t find a way to switch it from none to limited to be able to add to your library individually. It’s like the none option is permanent or locked out from being changed. Even checked through photos vs the app options in settings and couldn’t find a way to change it. It wouldn’t let me click one of the other options to change my preferences oddly. With “ limited” you can go in and tell the app which photos to access turning those options on and off.

Limited makes perfect sense. Not being able to switch from none to limited does not. It seems like a bit of a glitch to me. It's good you figured it out and got the ap to work.
