I need a connection code & a security code for my Canon MF210 printer. It has been working with the Canon Print and Scan app until recently with my Apple iPad running OS18.2 over our Wi-Fi network.  The app now does not show the printer in the device list. Thanks for your help. The printer works fine with my Mac Pro and with my wife’s Mac Air.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF210 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks for responding. The only additional info I have is from Canon’s label on the rear of the printer. It looks like the number might be F167300. The serial number is RWW[xxxxx]. It was manufactured in November 2014.  Hope this info helps. I went up on Canon’s site and could not find any reference to a connection code or a bar code that would allow me to add the printer to their Print & Scan app either.

I think I may have been looking at the wrong model and I apologize.  The MF210 series has its model number right below the LCD screen as circled in red in the image below.  Could you please take another look?  That will help us more than a serial number will.
