I have a new G3200 that my computer doesn't see on the local web. What am I doing wrong?

I'm  running 1 unit on Win 11 and 2  on Win 10.  Using the Win 11 unit to do  this procedure.  One additional piece of info:  the yellow (error?) light below the wi-fi light came on ~ 30 sec after I set the wi-fi lamp to flashing.
