How to Remove Security Marking and Print Whole Pages

Could someone please tell me how to remove this security thing that prints on my projects. It prints only half page

What are you printing?  This only happens to me when I'm trying to print $100 bills.  

Seriously though.  It might be something that looks prohibitive.
