This does not surprise me. Eero (is not the friendliest) network equipment as they purport themselves or would like people to believe. There are some settings that might need to be changed. Please provide the model(s) of the networking equipment and I'll see what I can do to help.
For starters, ensure that WPA2 is (also) enabled, as I believe the newer Eero eqipment comes with WPA3 only encryption enabled by default. It might also be the WPA2 AES-based CCMP encryption standard that some older devices do not support. Will wait to hear back from you.
