Gateway IP address

I have a Canon LPB612/613C printer connected to a wireless Access Point. The Access Point is connected to my cable modem/router (no wifi) with an Ethernet cable. I want to set a static IP address in the printer. What gateway IP should I use, the Access Point IP or my cable modem/router IP?

Hi Andy911.

 

You will want to use an address on the same gateway that your computer is using. I have included the link to instructions on using a static IP Address below. Please view "Manually Entering an IP Address":
