We just purchased this printer for a small office in our environment after confirming through canon that there are drivers for Windows Server 2019.
Printing works fine across the network, but we are unable to scan, and there is no IJ Scan utility installed with the MP drivers for Win Server 2019. Did we just make a huge purchasing mistake and are unable to scan on this?
