When I go into WiFi Setup, I select Manual Connect, I select the router, then the screen shows a router name with a blank line under it and a right arrow. I press OK and enter the password. Screen says connecting. I get the message failed to connect to the wireless router (see manual). I know the asterisk key is used for lower and upper characters and for numerics. I know for a fact the password is correct because I can use it on my phone. This should work. I have done this several times with the same result.
What is wrong with the manual connect process? When I run the setup program it gets connected to the router. Then the printer turns off and loses connection. Would appreciate any help.
