There are now a number of unanswered questions from disappointed owners -- concerning the absence of current drivers, the complete inability of the product to maintain any wireless connection, etc. Please advise if we should henceforth regard this as a wired printer only, capable of printing only through USB connections; some straight advice would save a lot of time and maybe even diminish anger.

Thanks for that pointer. I guess I'm not surprised. But I do wonder why it's acceptable to not support the driver by issuing new printers, and why the assistance seems to be in the form of recommending new hardware. And in truth, I was hoping that a Windows 10 driver could have addressed preexisting issues with the WiFi connection dropping that had made wireless connecting difficult well before the Windows upgrade.
