Yes I need help connecting my ts3522 to my new router spoke to my service supplier said something about older printers not able to connect because of new network has something called 2.4 ghz

No 2.4ghz is not new at all 5ghz is newer. Most older devices need 2.4 ghz. I suggest you use a USB cable to your printer it is far more reliable than Wifi.
