I have a Canon Pixma MG6320.  I have changed my wifi providers but cannot connect due to the fact that it automatically tries to connect and DOES NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION to input the Passcode for the new wifi.  I've tried every set up to no avail.  HELP ME PLEASE!!

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG6320 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them Monday through Friday at 1-866-443-8002.

Hope this helps!

Greetings ,

The printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that supports WPA/WPA2 encryption.  Please ensure your new networking hardware meets these requirements.

After a network change, You will need to re-run the printer setup utility in order to enter a new or same network name with an updated password.

Even if you name your new network with the same SSID name, the wireless profile stored on the printer is looking to associate with the old router / hardware.  Running the printer's setup utility again will refresh the printer's connection profile.
