Canon Website not giving download possibility

i cannot get the download to show... When i click the enable accessibility icon, i get a 1sec blink of it then it dissapear. I press that icon again and it blink again then download dissapear. I have tryed 3 different browser and flush my cache also on all of them.

How can I download anything if i can'T get any links... plus the french version isn'T available anywhere.
