Canon Ts3355 doesn’t see any WiFi available

Hi guys , I’m sure nobody can help me but hoping for a miracle .

I’ve had this printer for 4 years but in my opinion didn’t use it that much .

2 days ago I printed what I needed to print and after that WiFi connection with my printer had disappeared. I tried all available tricks and solutions I found on the internet but nothing works . I plugged it , unplugged it , plugged it in again. Switched off and switched back on the router - nothing . I tried to reset the printer to its factory settings but it still refuses to see my WiFi or any available WiFi (my neighbours WiFi is usually detected as well). To make matter worse , I bought a cable , connected it to my laptop and my laptop doesn’t see the printer .

i’m so frustrated !

it is either me missing something obvious or the printer is on its way out (and i just bought a new pack of ink)

Please help

Greetings, Tanya,

Your printer does not appear to be a model supported by Canon USA.  I believe it's a model that's intended for sale in Europe or North Africa.

The printer's Wireless connectivity supports a 2.4 GHz podcast that supports wpa2 encryption.  Please ensure your network supports this broadcast and encryption type.

You did not say what operating system you were using the printer with.  The link below has wireless connection videos, please select solutions and the correct video for your OS.  The Canon print app for iOS or Android is a popular method.
