PIXMA TS5120 Scans show up as "?" in My Image Garden

Dear Group.

I have use a Canon T55120 3 in 1 printer, scanner copier.

I have been very happy with this unit. However, I recently am experiencing have an issue with the scanner function. When I scan to my computer and the document is sent to My Image Garden all that is saved is a "?', not the image of the scanned document.  In fact, many (but not all) of the docs stored in My Image Garden are now "?"'s.

Not sure what I have done or if the issue is connected to the scanner or my laptop.

Any assistance that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Windows 11.t

As I indicated previously, this is a relatively new dilemma. 

Documents that I scan to my computer come up as blank with the symbol "?" in the thumbnail.  Also, many though not all thumbnails that had previously shown the document scanned are now showing the same "?". Most thumbnails that are still sowing the document image are earlier scans.

I hope this helps clarify my problem.
