Canon TS3322 password protected

Hi I was given a free printer by my neighbors who moved away. The Canon PIXMA TS3322. I cannot get the printer to connect to WiFi. I can see the printer in my WiFi on my iPhone under Settings, but it prompts me to input a password, which I don’t have. How can I find this password, or reset the printer and reset the passcode that I don’t have.
