Canon Pixma MP620 can't set up with new computer, no cd

Hi. My brother passed away last month and I decided to keep his computer, not realizing I needed a CD program to connect it. It works fine making copies but i can't connect it to wifi or computers with a cord even to be recognized as a source for printing. Is it possible to set up or do I have myself a copier only? I'm so frustrated to have a perfectly good printer that I can't use!

The mp620 is an older model and has been retired.  All downloads for it are available here:

None of those downloads allowed me to print. Any other suggestions? I hate to throw away a functioning printer because of software 😭
