When I go to the share option on Safari on my iPad to print the webpage, the Print option is available but does nothing when selected.
I am able to go through the Canon PRINT Business app and search google for the document and print from there but would like to know how to get the Print function to work from Safari.

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), any error messages you're seeing, and the version of iOS you're using on your iPad.

Hello,
The printer we are using is Canon iR-ADV C3530 III. The iOS is 12.4.1. The current issue is that we a) cannot find the printer with airPrint, so we downloaded Canon PRINT Business and even if we save the document, we cannot view any local documents on the app to print them. We have tried forgetting the network and relogging in, and have made sure icloud is on. Not sure what other steps I can take to make this work.
