Canon Mf212 printer- can not install drivers properly - error code

I have had this canon laser printer for some time and never had this issue on any pc i have ever owned or built mostly with windows 10 and even windows 7 - i have tried everything on this particulre PC to fix this and can not for the life of me figure out the issue.  I am on a professional gaming pc that i built with windows 10 pro pc.  I am running the print drivers for this model that i have Canon Mf212w laser printer - scanner .

I have tried everything to try and fix this and nothing works.

registry edits, Sfc scannow, DISM commands, Spool/printer folder nothing in there, deleting drivers from device server in windows 10 printer properties. nothing works .
