I have two iMacs that cannot see my canon printer.
I have 4 windows computers that work just fine.
My imacs were able to print until one day they just couldnt see the printer. I had not done any type of update or downloaded any software.
I have downloaded and installed the drivers for this model with my mac software many times. No change.
They dont even see the printer when I search for printers on the network.
Please help!

Hi!
To ensure the most accurate information is provided, we will need to know the specific version of Mac your two computers are running (ex. 10.7, 10.8, 10.9 10.10 etc).
If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/EmailCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT).
Thanks and have a great day!

Hello.
It may be possible that the two Mac computers are connected to a different network. Check the Wi-Fi settings for each computer to ensure that they are connected to the same network as the MG6620 and your Windows computers.
If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below for additional assistance.

I'd start by printing out a lan details page from the printer
http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&PARTITION_ID=1&secu...
Find the line that says ipv4 ip address. Next, find the ip address of the computer.
https://www.maketecheasier.com/find-ip-and-mac-address-in-osx/
The first 3 sets of numbers in both ip addresses should match. For example, printer (192.168.1.15), computer (192.168.1.3)- those would be on the same network and should be able to communicate. Computer (192.168.2.3) would be on a different network.
