hi everyone, i seem to be having issues with my printer.
for some reason my laptop and my desktop cannot find the printer even though they are all on the same wi-fi network.
I have downloaded the package install from Canon but even that can't find the printer.
i have viewed a previous post regarding disaling ipv6 and something else but this has had no effect on anything.
any help would be brilliant, thank you.
running latest windows 10 update

Hi WilliamJL90,
Let's start by checking the printer's connection to the wireless network. I have included full instructions for printing the Network Configuration Page HERE.
Much of the information will not be relevant, but the important things to look at are:
Is the connection active or inactive?
Does the SSID (network name) match the one the computer uses?
What is the signal strength?
What is the IPv4 IP address?
