Canon G2411 installation Failure

I have a Canon Pixma G2411 printer, it was working nicely for a while, but suddenly it stopped communicating with my Desktop computer.
I tried to troubleshoot through Windows printer settings it didn't work, I tried reinstalling the Canon printer software, but after it asked to reconnect the printer it took hours without finishing, so I stopped it and uninstalled the old software and all related software which has Canon name. Then downloaded its software from the Canon website and proceeded with the installation process, but unfortunately, it keeps stopping at a certain stage and displays the attached installation failure message. Please help asap and thank you very much.

I've got the same issue. Mine was also working nicely for a while, but suddenly it stopped communicating with my Desktop computer. When i reinstalled the software, it downloaded a G2010 but still my printer doesn't work.  Please i need urgent help.  Did you get a reply?
