Can you tell me how to cancel a print job on this printer. I activated a print from my iPhone 15, the ink was low and I had to order cartridges. I ordered refills, which took a few days, I shut off my printer. When I restarted its telling me to cancel print job but I no longer have the information on my phone to cancel.
I found one suggestion on shutting down network by disconnecting router cable and the powering down the phone and printer but this has not worked. Printer is basically now unusable.
