Can't Scan Pixma MG6120

I have a Pixma MG6120 wireless printer. I can't scan  I get a message on the printer plate that says: Set PC to Start Scanning. I have Windows 8.1

Hi ncunn,

To scan wirelessly, you will need to have the Canon IJ Network Scan Utility running on your computer, and the printer will need to be specified in the MP Navigator EX scanning program.  For information on running the scanning utility and specifying the printer in the scanning software, please click on the link below:
