Recently purchased the CR-N300 PTZ but I'm having problems getting to the initial page to create an Admin User Name and Password to activate the output ports of camera.
I have downloaded and installed the Remote Camera Control Application but the application does not see the camera.
I have purchased a third party app to find all of the IP addresses on my network but camera is not showing up.
How do get the camera functioning? Appreciate any assistance.

So re-reading and re-listening to the tutorials the Camera Search Tool (needed to access the initial screen to enter the Admin Name/PW) is only available for Windows 10, is there another way for Mac users to setup this camera?
