It's been 10 days since Catalina's release (and months since their beta), and I don't see any news about when the 64-bit version of the scanner software for my DR-C225 will be available. Anyone hear anything? Thanks.
Need some help with installation problems of the CaptureOnTouch application
I currently have an iMac and have recently upgraded to the new 64 bit operating system – Catalina (10.15) and I am having problems installing the latest CaptureOnTouch application dated 29 Jan 2020.
Scanner - DR-225W. The scanner works with alternative software (VueScan) but I prefer the CaptureOnTouch. When trying to install I get the error message "The Installation has failed" with no other details
(Note - previous version of CaptureOnTouch (32bit) has not been deleted as I was hoping to use my existing setup)
