I have a canon MF-232w imageclass printer.
It was working with my laptop.
It seems after a windows 10 update a couple weeks ago it guit working.
Printer queue just says Error-Printing
problem with both explorer and Firefox.
troubleshooter in windows finds nothing wrong.

I would recommned removing the printer drivers from you computer. Once the drivers are removed you will need to restart your computer. Once the computer restarts, please click HERE to open the support page for you printer and download the MF236n/MF232w MFDrivers.
